Brief History Of Bizcube
BizCube Solutions Pte Ltd is a spin-off from Ignis Pte Ltd incorporated in 2006. It’s primary business focus is in turn-key Web Development for local SMBs and Non-profit organisations. Today, it is head quarter in Singapore with an off-shore development office in Xi An, China. Business Development and Backroom Operations are shared resources with the other members of the group.
Since inception, we have helped many local SMBs and Non-Profit Organisations customised web-based business applications where there are no viable off-the-shelve solutions. Solutions delivered by us are 100% developed in-house, this allows us to remain competitive and agile to adapt our Intellect Property to each customer’s unique requirements.
Our business strategy is profit through robust partnership with our customers and not number of customers in our portfolio. Our strength is our focus. By focusing on selected few industries and product categories, we maintain our domain knowledge and expertise. This has been the guiding principles to our success and will remain the same in the foreseeable future.

BizCube Solutions Pte Ltd is incorporated in 2006 as a Spin-off from its current Holding Company Ignis Pte Ltd incorporated in 1999. The spin-off is to allow a dedicated focus on software development business. It is today part of a group of companies comprising of three business entities.
Today, BC operates out of Singapore (HQ) and an off-shore development centre in Xi An, China. The business is operated by 6 dedicated full-time development and support staff out of the 2 locations and supported by the Holding company for Sales, Marketing and Finance operation.
Ignis Pte Ltd
Ignis Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1999 by two of its’ current management team as an Internet Company riding on the dotcom boom in the 1990s. In 2006, BizCube Solutions Pte Ltd was spin off to have a dedicated focus on Web Application Development and 2007 TAK SYSTEM INTEGRATION PTE LTD was formed to have a separate focus on System Integration business.
In 2010, a new member joined the current management team and the Holding and Subsidiary Company structure formalised in 2012. Since then, the group has experienced growth on a sustainable pace in terms of breath, depth and profitability.
Today, each of the three companies specialised on different aspect of Information Technology Services that compliments each other.
TAK System Pte Ltd
TAK System Pte Ltd is incorporated in 2006 as a Spin-off from its current Holding Company Ignis Pte Ltd incorporated in 1999. The spin-off is to allow a dedicated focus on system integration, infrastructure and managed and outsourcing IT services. It is today part of a group of companies comprising of three business entities.
Key Product Timeline
The first product developed by us BIZSENSE, a Business Information System for internal use by the group of companies. As a local SMBs, we faced the same dilemma of not finding the right system for operation use covering from Sales Function, Order Fulfilment, to tracking of Accounts Receivable. Various variants of BIZSENSE has been deployed in different industry today.
In 2010, we productised our flagship product GENESIS, a Church Management Software. Recognising that the local church community is lacking behind adopting Information Technology to streamline their operations, we built GENESIS based on our years of experience working with churches to provide the community with a cost-effective option.
2014 witness another important milestone of the company. We launched a new flagship product CHARITAS for the Non-Profit organisations. This system has its roots to GENESIS and our experience of serving one of the largest charity in Singapore for Donor Management and enhanced features from GENESIS and BIZSENSE.
We reached our most important milestone to-date 2019 when we embarked on a refresh of our products.
- We merged 2 of our most important flagship products GENESIS and CHARITAS under the same development roadmap as CHARITAS. All existing customers will be entitled to a free version upgrade of their systems with new User Interface and Improved Workflow.
- We launched our first Mobile Application Extension to the CHARITAS Web Application to allow greater collaboration between the organisation and their stakeholders.
